Like the service and pricing. Shopped around a bit for winters and found that the pricing was a little better for same quality winter tire. Considering that you can get good pricing and good service I would recommend this shop (for winter tires at least). They also stored my summers for free which is great so I don't have to take up garage space, load or load tires into a mid size sedan. If you name drop John Tizzard you might get a bit of discount :)
